SATURDAY July 4th - Froggy Beaver haring at Ore Lake!
Start: 3:00 p.m. - Hare off at 3:30 pm sharp.
Details: May be an A to B. NOT stroller-friendly.
The On-After will be at Orr Lake. Hare is planning a barbecue for the On-After so please bring a dish to pass.
Hare will supply the main dish, beer, pop, chips, beer, and beer.
The hare needs to get a count of how many hashers are likely to be there.

Anyone is welcome to pitch a tent and camp for the night. There is a professional fireworks show on Orr Lake beginning when it gets dark, around 10 or 10:30. It’s usually the high point of the night, unless someone (SOG) falls off the dock. Fireworks, fire crackers, M-80’s etc… are welcome. Bring bug spray and a swimsuit.
This year the trail will be shorter and not involve as much swimming. Hare might set an eagle and a turkey trail.
Road construction closed Winans Lake Rd so the directions to Ore Lake changed.
Take exit 54B off of US-23.
This will put you on M-36 heading west.
Continue west on M-36 to Chilson Road.
Go right or north on Chilson Road to Winans Lake Road. Go right or east on
Winans Lake Road to Hamburg Road. Go north on Hamburg Road to Lakefront Estate
Drive. Lakefront Estate Road is 1 mile north of Boomers party Store on the
Right side of the road. The sign is hard to find so look close. Drive
into Lakefront Estate Drive until you see a pond on your right. Park on the
grass in front of the pond.
